The construction of our memorial Garden, which was designrd by our fellow parishioner Savvas Kyriacou, is moving along and nearing completion. The names of our departed that were on the original memorial plaques will be engraved onto the new granite walls and the original stones will become part of the new landscaping of the garden. As per the advice of the engraving company, we will be waiting until warmer weather in the Spring of 2010 before any engraving of names will begin. The cost of engraving for names going forward is still being determined. Much of the materials and items needed to complete our project have been generously donated but we are still in need of some ornamental items and lighting to complete the garden design.
